The altarpiece is a canvas by the local painter Gian Domenico Catalano depicting the Virgin of Graces between the saints John the Baptist and Andrew.
At the top a smaller canvas depicting the Eternal Father between Saints Anthony and Charles.
The altarpiece is then surrounded by paintings on wood by another local painter, Giovanni Andrea Coppola, depicting scenes from the Gospels.
