Castello Borromeo Artecontemporanea’s programme rum continues with Veritatem Inquirenti. Anna Adami, Virginia Dal Magro, Domenico Greco, Martina Pestarino, Marta Spagnoli put themselves on the line to demonstrate that drawing art can overpass the limits dictated by illustration, that drawing art may offer a vaccine to the civilization of spectacle’s sufferings.
Five young artists challenge every preconception by analyzing reality and transforming their experiences in stratifications of ink and graphite. Via their works drawing art lives, it keeps changing, it offers a steady recurrence. The existent is questioned, it is mutated so that new points of view may be adopted, it may be turned into something else.
Drawings are not created to be used, they live and can be inhabited, shared with a multiplicity of gazes revealed only by the passing of time.
