The chapel is entirely covered in polychrome marble. The altarpiece, by Francesco Giordano, depicts the Triumph of the Eucharist. The paintings on the side walls are by Nicola Malinconico and depict the Adoration of an Old Man and the Sleep of Saul. Above the entrance arch there is the coat of arms of Bishop Filamarini, flanked by two triangular paintings depicting allegories of Prudence and Fortitude.
