Dop20 is a tasting workshop, dedicated to the traditions and culinary specialties of our country. The hospitable environment has been designed with the aim to bring out the flavors, colors and fragrances of our land. In the menu stand out more than 200 products carefully selected in order to celebrate the food culture of the Mediterranean, balanced nutritional point of view. Particular attention was paid to the seasons and the quality of the preparation methods.
